When does the application close?
The sign-up closing time is announced on the sign-up form.
What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation or link to the event?
Please check your spam. If you are sure you did not get the link, send an email to email@example.com
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your contacts and if you find the email in the spam, move it to inbox so you continue receiving the invitation in your main list.
What language is the event?
Most satsangs are in English. However, asking questions in Dutch is always possible.
Can I watch a recording later?
Zoom Satsangs are not recorded.
Can I transfer my donation via bank?
We only accept contributions through this booking system. If you transfer money in any other way, this is still considered a donation but will not grant access to the event.
How should the donation of multiple persons in one household be calculated?
The mentioned suggested donation is per person.
Until 24 hours before the event starts, you can cancel your participation by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, and get a refund of your donation.
In case a satsang is cancelled by Prajnaparamita, we will make a full refund of your donation.
Refunds will be made within the following 7 days of the event.
